Materials required for your project are delivered to your property by our installation team on the scheduled installation date.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date.
Installation dates are subject to product availability, scheduling requirements, and site accessibility.
Delivery Area
Our services are available throughout Northern Ireland and selected areas of the Republic of Ireland.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that safe and reasonable access to the property is available on the agreed installation date.
Any circumstances that may affect access or installation should be communicated to us before the scheduled appointment.
Delays
While we make every effort to complete installations on the agreed date, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, severe weather conditions, traffic disruption, or other unforeseen events.
Should a delay occur, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange an alternative installation date.
